Full Service Interior Design includes:

  • space planning and room layouts

  • mood boards and palette

  • material and finish specifications

  • fixture specifications

  • technical specifications

  • working interior design drawings

  • design and detailing

  • coordination with Sean McFadden Design sub-contractors

  • collaboration with clients’ architects, contractors, etc.

  • purchasing and procurement

  • FF&E installation and accessories placement

**Requires consultation. Most projects will have a tailored design-fee contract depending on scope. Smaller projects will be billed on an hourly basis.

Interior Design

Sean McFadden Design provides residential, hospitality, and commercial furniture design to meet your specific needs. We can offer only furniture design, or take the process through completion and installation, all while coordinating with our network of craftspeople and our in-house upholstery workroom, Pohan’s Upholstery.

**Design only service will be billed hourly. Projects that are design through installation/fabrication all design fees will be part of the total project cost.
